A Kids ‘N Teens doctor or provider is 24 hours available by phone (713 681-7334). Emergency calls will be returned as soon as possible.

Our objective is to return non-emergency calls at 11am, 1pm, 4 pm and 6 pm. During weekends and holidays, Dr. Isart or a respected associate, returns calls every two hours. Please let the nurse or operator who answers your call know your degree of emergency.

When calling, make sure you describe carefully to our receptionist the problem, telling the temperature you measure and your pharmacy telephone number.

If our nurse can not answer your question, one of the Doctors will return your call between patients or at the end of the day, between 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. If you have an emergency first call 911 then call our office.

The POISON CONTROL NUMBER is 1 800 764 7661. For non-emergent calls if you do not hear from the office in
2 hours call again.
